Brendan Crotty has been appointed Intellect’s new Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Customer Officer (CCO) and Sheila Rue as Intellect’s new Vice President of Sales Strategy and Quality. These new appointments build on our solid team at Intellect and mark a significant step in Intellect’s commitment to delivering a market leading enterprise platform for workflow automation and quality software solutions.

Having navigated the complexities of the software industry for more than 20 years, Brendan is a proven leader known for his results-driven approach and methodologies. His forte lies in crafting products from conceptualization to revenue realization, with a keen focus on market differentiation, simplicity, and automation. Brendan’s journey to Intellect comes from Vitals Matter, where he spearheaded the company’s product GTM strategy. Before that, Brendan held executive roles at IBM and IBM Maximo, orchestrating cross portfolio initiatives and spearheading advancements in Messaging, Social Collaboration, Enterprise Asset and Facility Management through AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud.

Sheila has extensive enterprise software experience, specializing in ERP and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) across heavily regulated industries. As the former Director of Global Value Realization at IFS, she spanned the customer journey, guiding clients through transformative investments to ongoing value attainment and advocacy. Before IFS, she was the Senior Director of Global Solution Consulting at Infor, where she led several high-impact initiatives, resulting in enhanced operational excellence, accelerated sales cycles, expanded market opportunities, and improved client outcomes. Sheila passionately advocates for continuous innovation to enhance organizational efficiency and strategic effectiveness, with a proven track record of delivering meaningful results.
